Where can I buy condiment packets?

My boyfriend is a Marine recently deployed to Afghanistan and I'd like to send him some condiment packets like ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. because the MRE's aren't always very tasty. I'd like to know where I can buy them. Grabbing hot sauce at Taco Bell or ketchup at McDonald's doesn't really do the job lol. Also, I don't have a credit or debit card so I CAN'T shop online. I need to know which stores I can walk into. Please and thanks! =)
