I downloaded another users savedata online for the ps3 but the console won't read it?

Hi yeah i downloaded savedata for tekken 6 with 100% trophies unlocks etc... but my ps3 won't read it and won't recognise any savedata. I did all the usual, creating savedata folder in the usb, but why won't it read it? How do i fix this?
