How to earn maximum money from trees?

My friend who is living in India, bought 11 acres of land which has about 750 coconut trees and 100 mango trees. He is earning 4 lacs annually. He wants to plant more variety of trees. Also suggest how much more can be earned from the trees in 11 acres? In Tamilnadu, where we can find details about this?
