How do you get rid of poison ivy without steroids? I may be pregnant...?

I get poison ivy almost annually and nothing ever makes it go away until I go to the doctor and get steroids. I may have gotten pregnant 3 days ago and steroids are contraindicated with pregnancy, so what else will get rid of it fast? I break out REALLY bad from it and keeps spreading! I am doing everything OTC already - the urishiol removing cleansers, the Domeboro compresses, cortisone, diphenhydramine..... please help!
