How to lose 20lbs in 3 months?

Talk to your family about your plan. Let them know you want to make healthy lifestyle changes and diet changes. Say, "Hey Mom, Hey Dad, I want to eat more fruits and vegatables". How can parent say no to that? I bet they will jump on the opportunity. Also, I have read in numerous places that drinking skim or lowfat milk can help you lose weight. Are you getting enough protien in your diet to support muscle growth with eating barely any meat or dairy? I doubt it.
