Stony Brook Premed and Medical School?

I am a sophomore in high school, about a 94 average overall, and am planning on being involved next year. I was planning to go to Stony Brook premed, and then maybe stony brook medicine, or another school depending on my financial aid available. Does stony brook medical school accept a lot of premed students of their own? If i do well, which i am planning to considering i am extremely determined and have never disappointed myself before, could i get into ivys? I have about a 29,000 income annually and am a first generation, Hispanic, college student. What is the outlook on financial aid look like for me?
