Need advice on my younger brother. how do i explain stuff?

God bless you kid. Your completely right ; foster care would be the worst thing you could do. Maybe you could help your brother write a letter to your father so he can ask all his questions, or try calling your dad and letting your brother talk to him. I hope all turns out well xx
