Is yellow mustard actually healthy for you?

It has alot of minerals and the vinegar plus turmeric is an antioxidant and helps cleanse the blood, most people do not eat alot of it, as a chef I used many Dijon, Grainy, German style, Japanese Karashi, Swedish Senap, Russian sweet, all have there own benefits, there low fat, not high in calories or sodium
