Is it odd that Texas Education is facing a 4 billion dollar budget shortfall this year and the estimated cost?

The anchor babies are not the problem with our education. The problem is middle management and badly behaving children. There is so much PC crap in Texas school that nothing ever gets done. The children that are bringing our education system down are the kids who continually misbehave. I'm not talking about those that are a danger but the ones who day in and day out are a constant distraction to the other students.My kids go to a middle class public school in Texas and I honestly don't mind the anchor babies. They appreciate their education and are well behaved and come willing and eager to learn. They may be the children of illegals but they ARE legal. I do not support any law to make any one born on American soil not legal. Who will be next?
