How can you cleanse your system after eating a lot of junk food?

I'm not happy with my weight to begin with, 5'5" and 140 lbs, and today I just had major munchies so I decided to eat a lot of condiments, cheese, and sugary crap... Big mistake, I wasn't thinking and had an eating momentum. I want to do my workout video, I'm deciding when's the best time so I won't be lacking and weak. Funnily enough, I'm not full and I've never made myself throw up before- but is there a way to get at least some of the fat and sodium out of my system?
